Not really at Syed Alwi Road, but close to Jalan Besar mrt.

Was having supper after midnight with a female friend of mine near jalan besar mrt station. Walking back towards my car, then saw a bro coming out from a "famous-plant-from-china" hair spa(which supposed close at 10:30pm).

Inside was dim but can see a lady with body hugging dress adjusting her skirt lower.

Other than the advertised services, any bros know if they provide any extras?
