Ah okay. I will be sharing my FRs soon but it seems different states might not offer FJ. I know Yokohama does but Osaka doesn't. Anyway, thanks for the clarification and heads up.

Yup. After booking they will tell you the address. They are on the right all the way to the end. When I visited recently it was a Flilipino dude and lady.
