Nah ... the only Brits to have played for Juventus were 2 Welshmen: John Charles (in the 50s/60s) & Ian Rush (in the 80s).

Mark Hateley & Ray Wilkins played together for AC Milan in the mid 80s ... right after English topscorer Luther Blissett proved to be a big big dud for them.
In contrast, Juventus had under their employment the best foreigners then ... Michel Platini & Zbigniew Boniek.

AC Milan finally realised the way to go was dutch ... so by the late 80s, they got Marco van Basten, Ruud Gullit & Frank Rijkard. They never looked back after that.
To compete, the other half of Milan engaged Lothar Matthaues, Juergen Klinsmann & Andreas Brehme.
