Not too familiar with this area unfortunately.
But unlikely to find much options. Maybe some people would know some HC options I doubt there are too many condos there that would rent out for business that area more longer term residential.
If you see ads in HDB that type I would recommend you stay away, those are usually landmines and quite often get swept.
