reminded me of my ex-colleague when i went out for lunch with her new born about 3-4 months then...baby didn't want to be laid down on her stroller and she had to carry her so difficult to eat her lunch...once i finished she had to pass over to me to carry her baby while doing so not only brush but literally press against her milk laden boobs...
