VIP is probably still at a good level but no longer the obvious best liao. Now newer spas like MSPA which I gone to personally which is nice and with better food options. I saw NZ Spa like not bad after making some improvements, will probably try it the next time I go in. But IC tell me better to go after 330PM, by then usually have more girls for line up.
