Almost all vanillas (those that offer only HJ in their ads) that I have visited allowed touching of their boobs leh. However, only about one third generously offered them for zhut zhut (e.g. Nina, Yi Yi and Fairy and the delisted Rayna, Lin Lin and Angel). Maybe the heavily flavoured ones are better.
