As a landlord I can tell u with certainty, male tenants are much easier to manage. I know what you thinking: sex for rent every now & then. Its a bad idea. Even when I was single I rejected 2 korean & 1 filipino girl as tenants & opted for men with decent stable jobs. Women will seldom follow your house rules & will expoit you instead of you exploiting them. U fuck her she will ransom u for it. Never think WLs are stupid. Many of them have seen more of the world than we will ever do.
