Regarding price, House 69 in Lorong 16 have beutiful business strategy. Among all PRC houses, this house have highest business. Even though they have 10 girls (which is highest in PRC) they will have always 2-3 bros waiting outside for their turn. Keeping 80 dollar for 30 min. and 150 for 1 hour is not super cheap. But from customers point of view,it looks like cheap bonk. Psychologically There is huge difference between 2 digit price and 3 digit price. But these 20 dollar differences will not make much loss in overall revenue and it will easily offset by their volume of customers.
Need to mention their additional benefit of location (it is in corner and giving additional privacy), big car parking place and OKTs behaviour. No surprise why their business is booming.
