Vietnam is a fast growing economy, GDP has increased, salary has increased, interest rate hikes caused inflation. Property price has gone up too. More foreigners, Koreans are working in Vietnam now, they like to play too, more girls are learning the Korean language. Have to accept reality. Alternatively, spend a week KTVing in Can Tho instead of HCMC, a less spoiled market.
