Few months ago I decided to just blacklist a regular ML. WC her for appointment took me 3 attempts to get a response. Told me she drank too much the night before. So I asked are you working or not. Then took me another 2 attempts to get a response with funny answer - in shop but sleeping. Knn so I asked do you want to take my appointment or not ? That was another 2 attempts before I got fed up and told her if u don’t want to take my appointment at least got a courtesy to tell me so that I can book others. She jitao say go ahead. Yeah dk what they are thinking also, especially when rental is so high and there are so many other options around..but maybe they are just really jaded/sick of their jobs or are just not hungry enough lol, i know some mls that really give off that kind of vibes and can feel as though they are gonna call it quits and rtc any moment, there's one ml that kept complaining to me about how she's been working for an entire week without a rest.
