From my experience, a guy who have 5 ejaculations in one day is very tiring. Usually I control to hold back ejaculation so I can enjoy several sex sessions a day for up to 3-4 days before I ejaculate. I usually fuck a girl to cum 2-5 orgasms in a sex session if they can cum multiple orgasms. For a 1-night staycation, my girl would cum in the range of 10-30 orgasms each day for 2 days, usually no problem and she wont get tired. But I would be quite exhausted if I had ejaculated at the end of the 2nd day.
