This is a dangerous assumption. Women may intentionally or unintentionally wear clothes that are revealing. To conclude that they enjoy the ogling is presumptuous. While there are some who have exhibitionist tendencies, but they are extremely rare. More likely than not, she was disgusted by the men who havent seen a pair of boobs for awhile.
