AV is never going to reach out to the OKTs...... its the OKTs themselves that need to be proactive and approach the AV..... again and again and again...... just like that old lady PT OKT who keep harassing the AV Mdm by calling her every few days for months. Finally AV relented and told her to submit application...... but location given to her to operate is Deskar as PT is history and not possible to have any brothels there anymore.
