Soi Cowboy FR as of 2nd March 2022. 40% of the shops are closed but baracca and crazy house is opened now. Was told they only started to open on Monday.
For both place, level 1 is empty so when you enter they will bring you to level 2. Drinks prices are still the same cola whisky is 300, tequila 180 per shot.
