Let me give you my take base on experience...
1. How you actually zapped when you meant to up...
- if you tried to up a few nicks in the same page/thread but didn't proceed with the process...your default selection "Approve" will be removed and becos you didn't specifically select Approve by ticking the dot then the default will be zapped when you proceed to do so...
2. Why you can zap in Adult section when is zap free zone....
- becos of your Donor status you can zapped anywhere in this sbf except sections where there is no scale...
- as Donor you can see all who zapped you in the past...also can see many other info...your upped and zapped will be full points instead of half or minus 10 pts for ordinary member...
3. Can you reverse or do anything...
- No, you cannot reverse and to up nick again you need to up 1000 others before giving rep points again to same nick...
- alternatively you can request your friends to help up the wrongful zap...
