Situated in Wang Lang area (near Siriraj Hospital) , Southern Thai natives who came to Bangkok congregated and made themselves feel at home in the area. Now it’s well-known for a place to go for good and affordable Southern dishes.

Pak Tai Ruam Tai has been serving the neighbourhood for over 30 years with over 50 menu options daily with some non-Southern dishes included.
There are many kinds of curry, but be warned, it’s SPICY. Apart from the must-eat Yellow Curry and Stink Beans with Prawn Stir Fry, Kau Kling Moo (Pan Roasted Ground Pork with Dry Curry) is great too.

The ground pork is mixed and cooked in dry curry and kaffir lime leaves that provides an excellent taste and aroma.
