Thats what I thought. There are weird claims in the story.

The 'injury' part was confusing, because he said police already check she had no injuries, then waiting she went to cut herself, and this guy claims he is scared throughout about a fake injury claim that the police can easily testify against?

So is he afraid of the injury? Or underage?

Not to mention this guy who was scared shit had the presence of mind to on his camera (dim what brightness?) and record the most important part?

Lastly, the whole IO team came down? What kind of big case is this that an IO will come down to the scene immediately, let along the 'whole IO team'? Anyone who thinks there is an 'IO team', probably don't know how police works
