Five charged with circuit breaker offences including man caught five times not wearing a face mask

The Chinese national is accused of allowing someone named Foong Seow Peng to enter her Jalan Kemaman flat on April 19 and May 5.
Court documents did not reveal further details about Foong.
Cheng said that she intends to plead guilty to her two charges and will return to court on June 3.
