Bro, you do know most FLs/MLs apartments have CCTV for many many years already yes? Some have multiple cam points. So to your answer, yes , they have a databse aleady. They probably also have phone numbers, SBF nicks, and faces all locked down too, aggregated through the years from appointments made, SBF FRs, phone numbers used and CCTV video captures.
This industry is a lot more transparent than any one of us like to admit or believe. And of course, the analytics and crunched reports are shared with authorities.
