Imho, it's probably not so much about easy /hard for MLs to accept any request / advances/ invitation from customers.
Usually boils down to:
WHO (the bro asking fit the ML taste)
HOW (the tactics employed suits the ML)
WHEN (ML mood good or feeling needy)
Hence everyone stands a chance..with a little luck involved
