The problem starts once they have a certain customer base n start to compare notes with other MLs. That is when they will cut down on certain steps n impose limitations....with no reduction in price.

Agree.. Those new ones "easier" to try and push the boundaries..

Once they've settled down with a regular customer base then it's much harder to go the extra mile..
