I believe 700SGD will convert into about 15500B, depending on where and when you change. So basically you have about 5000B per day.
Dun mind me for saying this but I think you are on a very "tight" budget here. Probably it will only allow you one "action" per day only. Forget about engaging an escort. They are expensive and not worth it. Try the gogo bar instead but some of them are not cheap either. last know cost from rainbow 4(Nana plaza), the gers are charging 2000B for ST and 4000B for LT. This still doesn't include the barfine and drinks you have to pay. Overall try to control as you still have to include lodging, food and transportation. Not to forget the 700B airport tax when you return to Singapore
