Let’s compare to Michelin Bib Gourmand.
Same case, once you get it, people want to queue to try your food.
It can be first gen, second gen and so on
But that doesn’t mean others who don’t get the Michelin then confirm bad.
It just means those who get it passes the judges standards.

Depends on individual mindset, if 2 stalls selling same food, same price range, would you go for the award winning one or be adventurous to try the other stall
