One will be lucky with ensuite. The other 2 will have to share the toilet, which will likely be often wet and sticky.
The biggest problem will be, that it will be so easy to bump into another person. Whether on the corridor or even in the living room. So 3 is a definite no for me and a deal breaker. Can forsee this at Amei place so I refuse to go back there though we had a good time.
