Well definitely am happy for you that it is working out

In every type of investments there will be some that will win & some will lose, as this is simple economics as not everybody can gain or else where does the additional money comes from same as in flipping properties there are various success stories as well as horrendous stories of losses which only last month there was a well known case in Sinkie where this buyer bought at S$6.27m but sold at S$3.1m

As long as we play safely within our means then it is just another part & parcel of life's challenges
