Just have to add in a thought for this. At the point of time that you're treating a heat stroke casualty, it really doesn't matter to you whether the patient is a male or female. Treatment comes first. Also, a female must be present at all times to rule out any foul play. Only after the adreoine has settled, then the male medics will start thinking ahout what just hapoened 😉. Realistically, we will know when a female patient is in the house and measures will be taken to avoid these moments.
