If everyone knows, knowing SG govt style, I'm sure they'll implement new laws / policies / regulations. Otherwise, besides siam ICT / IPPT, many pple oso escape paying income tax (and CPF)!!! Then gahmen where to find $$$ to invest? Unless from their own pockets?
