I think he is saying Mindef aware that he earns 5figure salary and "dare" not call him,but he is able to go ard the book whereby his income tax output is 0. That is the trick u need to know loh.
If everyone knows,then suddenly SG have alot of 5 or 6 digits salary overnight.
U need to play with the system if u dare loh. There are ways around very regulations. U need to pry the loopholes.So does thai laws.
