Coming back to 1990 HCMC, got shock why city like sg’s 60s. Whitewash peeling from dilapidated wall and building facades. Roadside, back alley barbers offering haircuts. Middle aged French speaking waiters serving the delicious steak. Central market got so much dessert that will put any rainbow to shame.
