People need to understand that in general maximum 3 RTM you will know how far the ML willing to go with you. In fact usually by 2nd RTM can tell. 3 RTM is for those ML playing "innocent". If after 3 visits don't make any extra progress, either live with the limitations or move on. Grumbling or asking how far other bros reach is pointless.
From my own experiences,majority of the special menus open up on my FIRST visit. These MLs are normally very seasoned and can size us up pretty quickly. On the flipside some ML I hoping do unlock, even more than 10 visits also no entry. But special menu is a privilege and not an entitlement anyway, why so fixated. So horny to get blown/ to paint /to screw then book FL lah..can do whatever to the hearts content..
