Because it’s not easy. However, if you can’t manage your emotions then it’s better to avoid repeating as suggested by others.
Personally, I had rtm a previous legendary AP for over a year. After she left, I’m still able to manage my emotions. If you want to continue to play, you need to be emotionally hardened.
