When dealing with large amount of money, its best to draw up an agreement, signed by both parties to make it legal in event of civil disputes. There's 101 ways to do things but it be stupid to transfer money without meeting or knowing someone.

if TS don't want be part of any scams or draw lines, I suggest TS edit the original first post and remove informations which could lead to much misunderstanding and misrepresentation. in event of police case, TS will be held liable and investigated.
