In my own opinion, put aside points and just look at his post contents, does it worth you to give him points based on that? I don't know man, I think his post contents are pretty okay and his initiatives that he started are really out to make this forum a better place.

I think you missed the point.
The point is not about the points.
The point is that he sent unsolicited PMs asking for an
exchange of points. Of which he did not keep to his end of the bargain upon receiving points from those that he PMed. Thus the word 'scam' in the title.
To all those who got scammed, lets start a 'Support Group' by creating a list starting from RedDog. Show a screenshot of the points given and I will add points to those on the list one by one.
