I feel okt’s handling of the complaint plays a big role. I have encountered bad experiences with girls from the same okt (who shall not be named). One girl didn’t want to do second and just sat there doing her makeup. Another said she was sleepy and kept asking me to sleep also lol. Told okt. He didn’t even make a symbolic apology (much less a refund or a discount for next time). Okt’s attitude made the whole bad experience even worse. Especially since I was a regular
SA okt was better and offered me discount once. But too bad he up lorry before I was able to use it.
