Babe...that means when u were POWER of 1, u just joined tis forum...for each yr of membership, boss will giv us an extra POWER...so now that u r POWER of 3, it simply means u r a member of tis forum for 3 yrs liao...for the POWER that u hv, it means u can up others with that no. of points...e.g. u r POWER of 3 now..so when u up others, they will get 3 points from u...hope tat clarifies
