Confirm? It's easy -- just take her to a clinic to do all available STD tests. HIV, Syphillis, Herpes, Gonnhorhea, Chlamidya, HPV should be enough. A few like HIV/Syphillis can be done within 1-2h, some of the others take a week or so to process.
Note that some STDs take 2 weeks or so before they can be detected, so to be extra sure, before the test it's best to pay her for 2 weeks of her time and take her somewhere to make sure she doesn't have sex with other clients. You also need to do this while waiting for results.
If that's too much hassle, simply use a condom and wash yourself afterwards. If that's not safe enough, stay home and jerk off to porn.
