Not sure about the SYT Laura but D cup Laura certainly CAN speak French.. I use CAN coz it ain't a listed service so is really her choice, so best to go with no expectations.
Like what bro Annoymous mentioned, anything the MLs provide (or upsell) that ain't listed depends on chemistry, mood and perhaps how good/bad their business at that moment, so to avoid disappointment, best to just hold them "accountable" for what they listed. Coz frankly even for listed services sometimes they also will try their luck not to provide.. Only half nude when list full nude, no shower together when list have, worst is list BJ but say mouth pain..lol.
