Think you might have gotten the names a bit mixed up
"banh mi" is actually bread and not noodles, are you referring to "banh canh cua" instead?
You can try bun moc, banh cuon, bun thit nuong, bun cha......these are my favourites, I never did like pho but that should be the most well known viet food liao
