To answer your question, yes I have gone commando over dresses before, and I know a lot of other women who do the same.  It's not always about teasing, honestly. As Alibaba23 mentioned, it's about comfort sometimes.
Personally though, I think about 3 things before ditching undies - environment where I'm going, the company I'll be with that day, and the weather. Make sure to always bring something you can use to cover yourself up, be it a coat, a shawl, or even a hoodie. Just in case you needed to back out of your decision hahaha.
Re: being all "paiseh" about it, my advice is if you're not too sure about it, don't do it. Going out without undies requires a lot of confidence. You need to be bordering on being a snob sometimes, since you'll surely attract a lot of "attention", be it wanted or otherwise. If you decide on doing it, be confident about it. |

Yes. It’s about being comfortable, im really not ok wf the vpl for that dress, so will hv to go without it. And i shall not care abt the rest, those guy friends know me for like 10years liao.
