Try to get the first timer that just arrived and look relatively young. Most of their age is faked by the agency to pass off as an experienced worker.
Enjoy on their off days as they don't have cash for the first 5 - 6 months. Give them a heroes send off fresh inside when they go home .. as they cannot come back for a while!
