I actually wanted to try the extr**** 2H.
Can easily find in Watson.
But after I read thru the ingredients, it’s just maca.
I’m always particular about the ingredients cos we wan the ommp without theb side effect to our body organs.
Maca powder or pills can be bought from many shops at reasonable prices.
I myself bought maca pills from a bodybuilding vitamin n supplement shop.
Per pill is 500mg. Many brands of maca pills or powder in the market.
Read that for piak piak, consume 2000mg per day.
Need to drink lots of water.
U feel u bit “unsettling”. Dirty thoughts will wake up your didi. Last time I don’t cos too seasoned.
Also u know GNC got sell the liquid tonic for men with a tiger outside, black box?
I drank 2 bottles and 2maca pills few hours before piak with CO.
After 1st round I rest around 10mins can go again. Wife didn’t stimulate me.
It’s like your mind n sense still tikopeh.
So 2 shots interval of 10mins.
After that u feel no more tikopeh....
