Yep, if I remembered correctly, their mothers are sisters,so they are actually cousins. And yes, they are what I term as true professionals with top notch customer service and attitude, especially the elder one, totally no commercial feel, really all out to please, unlike some others who use lack of chemistry as excuse for poor attitude.
