I have been there at A2 Bei Long as early as 1030am-11am in the morning during the CNY time. Cant be eating Meximo pub noodles all the time,hehehe...
If you wish to escape the tourists there,try to go after 230pm and seat at around the MM siok bak store 'almost' outside the food court,that location allows me to see people stepping into the food court (and leaving) and becos it is near to the drinks store,not many customers will walk until there. The bad thing is,the staffs there cannot see you clearly and will usually heck care you even when you signal out to them.
Weekdays,230pm to 5pm is the quietest time at A2 food court (applies to most food places too). I like to avoid the possibly terrorist attack timing,hehehe...and at times,even places too. I just dont like crowded places.
Below is one of a restaurant near the theater entrance at Nagoya Hill Mall,notice how quiet it is when i have my lunch there? I like to go to spa like this,go to Massage shops and joints with that "same" theory...no competitions no one disturbing me (and i get personal touch service),hehehe...no one outside can even get to see me when i pick a little corner table there too.
