The waitresses in Vietnam coffeshops do not wear scantily clad bikinis.
Only in California and a lot of them in San Diego where a lot of Viet kieus reside.
As in all things in USA if you want to fish for these waitresses be prepared with American style spending for any chance of them to open their thighs for you hahaha!
In Singapore I think you can wait long long for such coffeshops to open.
