usually OKT will deploy their runners to collect money but if their runner got caught, then the stable may also closed depend on their risk level...

I heard an OKT talk big to me that he is no scare of people writing nasty FR about them or their girls because they can close and open shops anytime...

this comes also after many raids that has been happening around last year especially LB and PS and now OKT are re-thinking their business models and they could be of such whereby if the stable got problem, shut it down and open a new ones..

this is just my opinion...
