Both hotel is girl friendly. Infact 99.9% of hotels in PP is.
Most of the time when u bring a girl back late in the night, the staffs will be sleeping or dozing off at lobby. If want to be safe, can get hotel to register their id.
I'll suggest Lux if u wanna be very near to the bars. It's directly on the same street of 136. Walk out of lobby and plenty of bars outside.
Lux hotel accept credit cards, but since u"r booking from agoda, just pay direct from the website.
No need to change into local currency - Cambodia riel (US $1 = 4000 riel), just prepare some $1, $5 usd for small change.
Try the streets 110, 104 (after night market). It's just walking distance.
