As far as I know, anybody can be detain on probable cause in any country for smuggling.....Local or foreigners!!!
On a separated issue, you for any reason if you are caught with porn on you, I think the Indonesia have a law about pornography and prono(action)....this is an Indonesian made up word....
Is any action that they deem sleazy...you might be breaking the law...
