Visit her a few days back.
Im not good at rating so i just give my simple report as below.

Generally on session alone...she gave me same feeling as Liwen.
Accomodating and out to please.
Easy to talk to and can feel that comments and thoughts are geniune.

The place is a tad challenge to get into and i believe i bump into another brother who is meeting her room mates, on my way up...
Living room is a tad messy but room is OK.
Towel is dry and no weird smell.
However apartment is shared with another ML.
and the 2 rooms is linked to the same toilet/shower.
