should be no i guess. anything happen the blame will be on the ML itself as in charges taking other people privacy without permission, why would any ML take risk. even if there is mostly is just outside privacy area.
so far only neighbourhood cctv, haven encounter one inside a house. maybe be hidden but cant be so sure.
